Where greater comfort and quietness are required. Thanks to its electric drive, FEBO is the ultimate high-tech homelift on the market. This choice is fully environmentally friendly, as the lift does not use any hydraulic oil, while consumption is particularly low. Moreover, it does not require a machine room. FEBO Electric Homelift uses the normal household power supply, requiring a maximum of 0.5 kW during its motion (0.30 m/s available for non-EC elevator plants, with rated power of 0.9 kW).

FEBO’s control system adapts the speed of the elevator plant between zero and 0.15 m/s (up to 0.30 m/s for non-EC homelift plants) in order to optimise energy consumption, as well as ensure greater performance.
A 230 V single-phase domestic electrical socket is sufficient to power
FEBO (400 V three-phase is no longer required).

System that communicates with the house burglar alarm, preventing the platform lift from being operated in the event of a break-in.
In the event of an emergency, a voice device connects users to a dedicated call centre, in accordance with EN 81.28.
A simple text message from a mobile phone allows users to control and interact with the machine. For example, you can receive real-time communication in the event of a fault and, if possible, unblock the elevator plant from a remote location.
It is also possible to pre-set the operation of the homelift at certain times of the day, in order to anticipate its availability, by scheduling, for example, that at 8.00 a.m. the lift would be at a specific landing.
Save money with the sunlight.
FEBO homelift can be optionally equipped with the innovative Hybrid Kit. The Hybrid Kit includes an additional battery pack and, in some cases, photovoltaic panels which make it possible to use the platform lift even in the event of a power failure.
The elevator plant is therefore able to recharge its batteries by means of its own motion. This system, combined with integrated solar panel technology, can enable the homelift to have an average energy consumption ranging between 0.5 kW and an actual zero kW (under all optimum
conditions). Currently available with a rated speed of 0.15 m/s, FEBO Hybrid meets an important requirement for homelifts: the optimisation of energy consumption while using a renewable energy source. FEBO Hybrid complies with the New European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Available with load capacities up to 500 kg, in single, double, or triple access, FEBO Hybrid can also come: with sliding doors (automatic version); with foldable car-doors and manual swing landing doors (semi-automatic version); without car-doors, with manual swing landing doors.
FEBO Hybrid does not generate any residues, and contributes to environmental protection thanks to the gearless motor, which requires no lubrication in addition to being long-lasting.
A system that reduces electricity consumption to almost zero when the homelift is at the landing, also thanks to timed lighting, which causes the lights inside the lift car to be switched off for further energy saving. The lights are automatically switched back on as a new lift call is made.
