WIRE-ROPE ELEVATOR PLANTS

CMAlifts’ traditional wire-rope elevator is a green, simple safe green solution. The product, 100% Made in Italy, is particularly suitable for a high number of daily rides and fits well in residential, hotel and public building contexts. CMAlifts’ electric powered lift is a hi-tech jewel, an investment that adds value and ensures considerable savings over time. This solution requires the presence of a dedicated space-saving compartment, the so-called machine room, generally positioned at the top of the installation to house the machinery.

HOW IT WORKS

Inside each CMAlifts electric elevator, a sophisticated motor transmits the upward and/or downward movements to the wire-ropes, which hold the lift car and counterweight, by means of friction on the traction sheave. The addition of a frequency inverter also makes the lift car start-and-stop phases pleasantly smooth, while allowing the lift to stop at the landing with pinpoint accuracy.

All CMAlifts elevators are made in Italy, guaranteed by a highly accurate manufacturing system. The entire process is strictly quality-controlled. Particular attention is paid to following the evolution of the main technical standards, in order to ensure the right response to customer requirements. Traditional CMAlifts electric elevators comply with EN 81-20&50 or EN 81-1 Standards. Complete systems or individual components can be supplied.

In the event of a malfunction or power failure, the system ensures a safe return to the landing. In addition, all lifts can be equipped with elements that guarantee healthy cabin air and protection against viruses and bacteria, through a touchless operation control panel, thus preventing the user from having to touch the operating pushbuttons
